Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga is pleased to announce its Research Methods and Skills Scholarships via the New Zealand Social Statistics Network (NZSSN) summer programme 2012.
Up to 12 scholarships are being offered to our researchers and tertiary students (undergraduate, with the required prerequisites, or postgraduate) within our Participating Research Entities to attend any of the short courses offered by NZSSN in their Summer Programme 2012 at Victoria University, Wellington.

The Medical Council undertook a survey last year to find out why doctors chose to leave New Zealand and what might encourage them to return. Approximately 55 percent of doctors who were invited to participate in the survey completed it, with a total of 182 surveys completed.
